Watipa is a registered Community Interest Company (CIC) and Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO). The Community Interest Company oversees the ethical consultancy services provided in international development, where profits support a scholarship program. The Charitable Incorporate Organisation oversees the scholarship and youth development program.
