Consulting services

Our consultancy work centres in five main areas:

  • Facilitation. We are experienced in convening consultations and roundtable events with government, industry and community stakeholders.
  • Co-design processes with communities. We work with communities and key stakeholders to design and implement communication campaigns, strategy development and other outputs where the process is as important as the product.
  • Strategy evaluations. We partner with clients to develop and execute evaluations that include innovative, people-centred and insight-generating approaches to document the results of your work.
  • Corporate social responsibility. We provide technical guidance to improve diversity, equity and inclusion, workplace giving, and strengthen commitment to social impact in the workplace.
  • Technical assistance. We have experts in human rights, public health, gender, political economy, governance and democracy, environmental sustainability, health systems, community development, stigma-reduction, youth services and sexual and reproductive health.
