Pemphero Kachule from Malawi is completing a 4-year Bachelor of Veterinary Medicine degree. Like some of our other Watipa scholars, he was negatively affected by staff striking at his university earlier this year but nevertheless has been getting on with his studies and doing lots of community work. Meet a scholar: Precious Mastala, Malawi
I am Precious Mastala, a student at the Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR) in Malawi, and I am pursuing a BSc in Veterinary Medicine (DVM). Vet Medicine is nice to study and goes with passion and love for animal welfare, which extends community wide.
