Responding to the feedback from Watipa scholars and alumni, in 2025 we aim to start a new Social Impact Leadership Academy. This is part of a “Watipa plus” model, where we extend the mentorship and leadership support for alumni to really “pay it forward” in their communities once they have graduated.
Watipa scholars and alumni are incredible young leaders. They are already strong and inspiring role models in their communities. With more encouragement, curated learning opportunities, and extended leadership growth, we can amplify their efforts to have an even greater impact.
